Our purpose is to change the way that we search, discover, and share apartment listings.
We started with the question: What would happen if residents were able to write the “Featured Listings” for apartments? findmyspace is a place for people to discover and share content about their apartment leasing experiences. From the biggest to the smallest property, findmyspace finds the best locations determined by our users. We don’t have corporate featured listings, we’re just here to support a place where people can collectively determine the value of a property by factors that matter to the community. findmyspace is different from other standard online apartment listings sites because we allow the social media community to influence each property’s social profile.

Connections

We are interested in developing a new connection between leasers and properties. findmyspace uses the element of sharing and discovery to provide valuable conversation for properties in your area. We’re here to allow that conversation and provide valuable tools to optimize apartment searches. We are enabling the idea that reliable, authentic listings come from the people who know the property best: the residents. findmyspace offers this unique opportunity. It’s about rewiring information so there is an actual exchange and feedback between customer and company.

Conversation

findmyspace relies on conversation. Our platform provides feedback loops from customer to customer and customer to company. How is this done? findmyspace depends on information- reviews, recommendations, and testimonials from our community to build a social profile for each apartment property. Once a property is listed, users provide feedback and discuss what they like best. If the property rocks and other people agree, it becomes part of the front page for other leasers to see.  Authentic reviews require transparency. findmyspace aims to sustain a dialogue about what things properties are doing right, and what improvements might need to be made to better both parties experience. New talk sparks healthy tension and builds questions that properties can use to better serve their apartment communities.

findmyspace, ultimately, is about harboring a better community. At findmyspace, we think about what it means to build a platform that will leave our community a better place.
